Just found our old Video 8 camera, along with 4-5 tapes (had been lost for 20 years), and I just finished converting them to digital/dvd at the library (unfortunately, the camera seems to be broken - specifically, the part of the tape compartment that raises, won’t go back down.although it was down/completely-shut when I found it - which I needed to view/convert them with at home.btw, if anyone knows how to fix this, as a side-question, I’d love to know!).īut considering the age of these movies, I haven’t seen many of the people that are in them - and to whom I’d like to send the video files - for years, so I’d like to be able to send clips to people via email or something (I certainly can’t lend usb drives to them all), but as far as I can tell, there’s a 25 MB limit (I’m not talking about HUGE files here.but I’d like to be able to send something, of decent quality, over 2-3 mins.)
